Abstract
The CHMSC NSTP Information System was proposed to make a more reliable and user friendly system for the CHMSC NSTP Unit. The system aims to reduce the manpower needed to facilitate an enrollment process and to cut down on the human error aspect as well as double entries from two people enrolling at the same time and to track the alumnus after they completed the course. The developed system will mislead chaos and troubles, the confusion of the students on what they should do and how they will do to be able to enroll and to track the graduates of the course.

This intends to raise solutions for the stated problems by achieving the following objectives: To provide social and professional interaction among the alumni and aspiring professionals, sustaining loyalty and enthusiasm among alumni; To record the details of various activities of user; To simplify the task and reduce the paper work.

The study is concerned on how the manual enrollment performs throughout the institution's transaction. The numerous transactions that the manual system covers, such as updating and adding students records, generating the advising and assessment slips and the like are commending the manual enrollment system to be inefficient for the needs of the institution.
