Abstract
The study aims to develop an Online Hotel Reservation System for Tamera Plaza Inn. The researchers had identified the common problems in doing transaction with the customers due to their manual reservation transaction. This manual process of reservation can be time consuming, difficult in searching and retrieving files and it is lack of security between the management and staff. By upgrading the website and developing  an online hotel reservation system, it will be beneficial to the management and the customers. The said system will provide secure, accurate and efficient data: and effective services during transaction processing. Furthermore, it provides the easisest and fastest way of doing reservation transaction. The use of this system will drastically increase the speed at which the reservation transactions occur and provide greater accuracy as well as, effecient process in reservation. The result of the overall evaluation assessment of the system in terms of Mean Range is 4.17 or equivalent to high. This means the system is feasible to be used for Tamera Plaza Inn.

The target users of this system are the customers and employees of the company which can be accessible for them to connect through the web. The said system will cover only the resevation, room availability , room inventory, and detailed billing transaction of the company.
