Abstract
The Sales and Inventory System for Synth Tec Motor Oil was developed in order to established a system which aims to solve the problems that currently exists within the Synth Tec Motor Oil located in BS Aquino Drive, Bacolod City. While the processes of its sales and inventory are still on teh traditional bean counting process, several problems were identified by both the researchers and the company personnel. No existing system signifies difficulty in making sales and inventory transactions resulting to a delay in making reports. In this sense, keeping track of the in and out of products is another problem to be considered as well. In order to solve the existing problems, the researchers proposed the Sales  and Inventory System for Synth Tec Motor Oil.

Developing this system using the Kendall's System Development Life Cycle was applied as an organized way to solve the concerns of the company. Aside from thre information gathered during the interviews with the personnel of Synth Tec Motor Oil, the group search for companies that use Inventory System both in foreign and local areas. With this, researchers were able to get ideas about possible features and functions of the proposed system. The study aims to automate the sales and inventory processes of Synth Tec Motor Oil, to easily monitor the products, to simplify the rpocess of making inventory reports and to generate precise inventory reportsd on time. Such objectives will be a big help in maintaining an efficient flow of operations while generating fast and accurate reports needed for submission and compilation.

The target users of the proposed Sales and Inventory System are the sales and inventory personnel as well as the maneger of Synth Tec Motor Oil. The automation of the sales and inventory transactions will be a big help to the company likewise to its personnel. It limits to simplify the work of the sales and inventory personnel and genrerate reports such as the Sales Invoice, Sales Reports, Purchase Order Form and Inventory Reports. The researchers designed the proposed Sales and Inventory System based on the current flow of transactions within the users and observe the efficiency of the system functions. After the implementation, an evaluation was conducted which results to a favourable outcome. The computed average for the evaluation is 4.42 which is equivalent to a High Rating. Therefore, the positive outcome of the evaluation proves that the proposed system will be a great benifit for the company. Furthermore, the Sales and Inventory System meets the researchers as well as the expectations of the users. it is recommemded that the company must use the proposed system in achieving business goals  as the company becomes more ready to adapt on the rapid change of technology.
