Abstract
This project involves the importance of Information Systems in the business processes. The purpose of this project is to enhance and develop the transaction processes currently used by United Farmers Association of Negros Occidental South Inc. (UNIFARM). The scope of the project is to automate the membership and billing processes of the association. The proposed Sugarcane Planters Information and Billing System can solved the problems encountered in the manual processing and can provide excellent service setting which eliminates a lot of physical work. in the interview conducted with the Chairman and Accountant of UNIFARM, the proponents have identified the problem such as delay of releasing cash advances to the planters, difficulty in compiling of documents, time delay in posting cash expenses and transactions. difficulty in searching and monitoring planters accounts, loss of documents in manual filing process thus, the proponents suggested possible solutions to the needs of the association that should be given attention and should be solved with the use of the proposed Sugarcane Planters Information and Billing System. The Transaction processes will primarily become easy, fast and secure hence, the proposed system can be a great help in the improvement and growth of the association. It can be considered a competitive advantage against their competitors as well as a trail to achieve success and triumph for the association.

For the next researchers of this proposed system, it is essential to take time in understanding and analyzing the different business processes that occurs inside and outside the organization because it will help them know what appropriate actions and solutions should be done.
