Abstract
The goal of this day study is to develop a Car Rental Management System for NYALA Tours. The said system will ensure the car rental transaction faster, accurate and secure.
The said system will use the Database MS Accesss application as a back end and Visual Basic 6.0 as the front end.
The proponents had identified the common problem, in doing transactions with the clients in manual from with the existing system. This manual process of transactions done by the office personel can sometimes be time consuming, prone to inaccurtae data, lack of security and susceptible to anyloss and damage.
There some benefits using Car Rental Management System. The said system will produce accurate data; the information flow will be more eficient, provide the easiest and fastest way of doing transaction ; improve its services through the output of the proposed system for the benefits not only of the personnel but also to the company.
The assistant manager and the office personel of NYALA Tours are the subject of this study.
