Abstract
Timely and accurate infromation about teaching performance is necessary for academic leaders. Unfortunately, the manual process of teaching performance evaluation makes it impossible for college leaders to make timely decisions. This project is intended to develop an Online Faculty Evaluation of Carlos Hilado Memorial State College. The system would primarily help the Guidance Office of the said institution in conducting evalution of faculty members. In using the system, personnel would not have to waste their time in conducting room-to-room evaluation and in tabulating manually the mean score of every criterion. It enables students to evaluate their instructors online, the system generate reports and; fast and reliable results of evaluation. The proponents have used the System Development Life Cycle specifically Kendall and Kendall method to achieve the desired output of the study. Online Faculty Evaluation is able to do a lot for the institution. Through this study, the institution could be given recognition in implementing the Online faculty Evaluation.
