Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop the billing system of RAL HOME TRADING. The study focuses primarily on the billing transaction of RAL HOME TRADING – Bacolod Branches. After the interview and data-gathering , the proponents have come to identify  how to develop and maximize  the billing operation of the firm.  The respondents of the study are the owner-manager of the firm and the cashier. Through this studies the proponents obtain an idea and concept on how to create a computerized billing system and what are the required functions and features. The business sells different variaties of home appiliances and furniture's such as components, television set refrigerators, washing machines, computer set, dinning set, living room set and other home appliances which are commonly used at home. The creation of this system in cooperation of the personnel for RAL HOME TRADING will likely eliminate the common problem encountered using the manual billing system. The computerized billing system is user-friendly, reliable input and output of data, and generates presentable and concise reports. Therefor the implementation of this system will elemenate the common error and problems on day to day operations, which will return benefits to the user. Through the accurate and reliable performance of the new system, certainly the RAL HOME TRADING will be competitive enough like the other appliance center.
