Abstract
The SMS Billing Information System will focus in automating the existing problems that the CJ Handgunner is experiencing. Such problems have been identified during the data gathering which includes the tracking of profiles, payments and balances of their clients which slowdown their services.
In order to solve these problems these are the objectives to be considered: To have an instant access to the clients information anytime, to automatically notify the clients regarding payments/unit ordered, to provide good customer service, to meet the ideal business strategy, to secure transactions, to develop a user-friendly system for the Staffs of the company and to generate individual statement of accounts and more accurate monthly reports.
The study is limited only to: It limits to track clients' profile including their balances and payments; it limits to print individual statement of accounts and monthly reports; it limits to immediately search the applicant's information;it limits to automatically notify the clients regarding their units ordered and accounts; it limits to the firearms section of the business only. By the help of these objectives, limitations, further studies and thorough analysis the proponents develop the SMS Billing Information System to help to solve these problems.
The proposed system will made by the use of RAD (Rapid Application Development). Based on the problems identified the proponents recommend that implementing the system is a must because the system will help them solve their problems and provide a better customer service. It prevents the waste of time and enables better access to client's information. The system will help them generate reports needed fro faster transactions and keep track of the applicants profile, payments and balances.
Since the system is Online and the SMS application is functioning well, which will send message automatically to the clients. The proponents further recommend that this function will be utilized for more convenience. The application needs credits for the automatic sending of SMS to the clients' with regards in reminding the clients to settle their accounts before the due date.
