Abstract
The thesis proposal is entitled Loan Management System for International Care Ministry Employees Credit Cooperative. The purpose of the study is to establish a system that will enable to solve problems occuring while performing loan transaction inside the International Care Ministry Cooperative, such problems have been identified during data gathering are; difficulty in file management, volume of loan ledgers needs to be filled up individually, loan officer are having hard time in computing members monthly amortization, could not generate needed financial statements or reports regularly. The manual process during loan transactions results to a weak flow of operations inside the cooperative. Aside from information gathered during conducting interviews from International Care Ministry Employees Credit Cooperative, the proponents searched for companies that uses Loan Management System both foreign and local areas. To solve the existing probems happened to the said organization, the proponents decided to create a system LMS for the benefit of the organizations employees and personnel. The system aims to have precise and secured files in keeping their records, to minimize paper works and quick overview of individual profiles, to compute for each members monthly amortization automatically and to be able to generate individual and summary loan reports regularly. Such objective has a big impact in helping cooperative personnel in monitoring their employee's loan.

After gathering data and analyzing it, the proponents would like to recommend the implementation of the Loan Management System to International Care Ministry Employees Credit Cooperative (ICMECC). These are the following:The organization must need Loan Management System to replace their manual process of doing employees loan for their further improvement and to gain employees unique trust of doing their loan transactions. The system would help the management to increase number of employees for their benefits. The group recommends that only International Care Ministry Employees Credit Cooperative (ICMECC) will use the system for their organizations which is the main concern of this study as well as a system that will endorse their organization.
