Abstract
The proposed Computerized Enrollment and Billing System of San Diego Study Center – Silay City can regulate and process, billing and documentation and files of students automatically. Using the system, student's documentation and billing process will be easier. The system enables the authorized faculty to keep information about students. The Computerized Enrollment and Billing system was conceived to the manual process of enrollment in preschoolers in order to have an organized flow of transaction and an ease of work. It can minimize the processing time in order to access records of the students quickly so that enrollment process will be much faster than usual. The computerized enrollment system is operated by a computer so that it will be fast to process and locate the records every student and can perform and operate better system that will serve as more reliable tool in recording and enrolling students of the institution.
The proponents gathered necessary data that will help In the progress of enhancing the existing system. Through this study, the authorized faculty will now be more comfortable because the enormous work will be minimized during enrollment because of fast and easy way of enrollment process. The proposed system will greatly improved the efficiency in the enrollment process form manual to computerized one.
