Abstract
The proposed system aims to minimize conflicting schedules of rooms, teachers, and students, to make schedules online for easier modifying of schedules, to help the person who is in charge of making schedules, reduce time checking class schedules when changes is being made. The Online Scheduling System for CHMSC-Talisay enhance the organization manual scheduling to automated one that could reduce the difficulties to finalize the schedule of every course. The system achieve balanced schedule for faculty, rooms, and student so that it could not create delay of classes. This study improve the scheduling process of CHMSC-Talisay Campus.
The proponents gathered necessary data that will help in the progress of enhancing the manual process of the existing system. The Kendall and Kendall System Development Life Cycle has been used in developing the proposed system. Through this study, the user will minimize the time and effort in dealing with the scheduling system of CHMSC-Talisay City. Data were gathered with the help of the researches and interviews that the proponents conducted. One of the major problems of CHMSC in making schedule is the overlapping schedules of rooms, teachers and courses cannot be easily identified because of manual editing and time consuming for unfinished schedules. With this system, the proponents implement the usage of Online Shceduling System will greatly improve the scheduling process of the college. Minimize the delay of conducting of classes and the same time generate faster accurate output of schedule. Thus, the Online Scheduling System support the process of having an accurate schedule and it may use for future generation.
